What is The Toast™ and how does it work?
The Toast™ is a wedding storytelling experience that lets guests privately record heartfelt, unscripted messages for the couple. These moments are curated into a professionally edited, rewatchable video gift. As a partner, you introduce The Toast™ to your couples – we take care of everything else, from onboarding to final delivery.
Who can become a Toast partner?
We welcome wedding professionals who work directly with couples – especially planners, coordinators, consultants, event stylists, and venue-based client managers. If you’re in a position to recommend services to brides and grooms, you’re a great fit.
What do I need to do as a Toast partner?
Your role is simple: recommend The Toast™ to your clients as part of your service or planning process. You’ll receive a unique partner link to share. When a couple books through that link, the referral is tracked to you – and you earn a commission on that booking.
Do I need to manage or assist in using the app?
Not at all – unless you want to. The couple and their guests interact with The Toast™ directly through our onboarding and support team. As a partner, there’s no need to install, manage, or monitor anything. You simply refer and earn.
How much can I earn as a Toast partner?
Partners earn at least 10% commission per event, with opportunities to earn even more based on the number of referrals you make. For example, if a couple books a $750 package, you’d receive $75. Refer multiple couples each month, and your earnings can quickly grow into a meaningful stream of passive income.
Will this take extra time or add complexity to my workflow?
No – The Toast™ is intentionally designed to be plug-and-play for partners. There’s no technical setup or ongoing coordination on your part. You simply share a curated experience that enhances your service offering and makes you look even more thoughtful to your clients.
Can I include The Toast™ in my wedding packages?
Yes! We encourage our partners to bundle The Toast™ into their mid-tier or premium planning packages. It’s a great way to increase perceived value and offer a unique, emotional keepsake that goes beyond photos and videos—capturing the voices, laughter, and love of the day.
Is there any cost to becoming a partner?
No. Joining our partner program is 100% free. There are no subscription fees or commitments. You only benefit when your clients choose to use The Toast™.
What makes The Toast™ different from videographers or photo booths?
The Toast™ doesn’t replace traditional wedding videography – it complements it. While videographers capture the look and motion of the day, The Toast™ focuses on preserving the voices and stories behind the celebration. Think of it as a digital time capsule of unscripted emotions – shared by the people who matter most.

We make it easy for you. Once you become a partner, you’ll receive our Partner Guide – including ready-to-use descriptions, sample videos, talking points, and email templates you can use in your consultation flow. You don’t need to “sell” – just share something truly meaningful.
Will I be listed or promoted as an official partner?
Yes! As a Toast partner, you’ll be eligible to be featured on our website and mentioned in email campaigns as one of our trusted collaborators. It’s our way of helping couples discover you—and supporting the professionals who support us.
Is there any ongoing support or account management for partners?
While The Toast™ is designed to be low-lift for partners, we’re always happy to provide light support where we can. You’ll also get access to helpful marketing resources, templates, and occasional promotional opportunities to help you showcase the value of The Toast™ in your business.
